To all United Academy players, coaches & parents:
We would like to thank you all for being a part of our soccer league!
As we are sure you are all aware, the number of Covid-19 cases continue to go up, and we would like to provide you with an update on what this will mean to our fall 2020 season.
It has been our aim throughout these difficult times to provide soccer games for our players. However, as has been previously communicated, this has been subject to city and county approval. On Friday, November 13th, we were informed by the city that due to the current rise in Covid-19 cases, they would not allow us to play any games, including scrimmages, at this time.
After extensive deliberations, with the primary emphasis being on serving the kids in our community while ensuring the health of our community and the survival of our league, the executive board has decided on the following path forward. We ask you all for your understanding and support of this process, as we feel this is the best possible solution given the current circumstances.
All games planned for fall 2020 have been cancelled. Practices will continue through the week ending December 13th. To help alleviate the disappointment we know the game cancellations will cause, the league will be hosting 3 free soccer clinics: November 21st, December 5th and December 12th (more details below).
These clinics will only be open to our rec players - and we encourage you all to attend all 3 of these clinics!
We realize that a season with only practices and clinics is not a complete season, and as so we will be rolling over registration fees to what we plan to be an extended spring season starting in March 2021. All fall 2020 players will get this season at no additional charge, and this season will include all that we were not able to provide this fall, including uniforms, medals & pictures.
For those that do not play soccer in the spring, or in the event that the Covid-19 situation would prevent us from offering our spring season, we will offer a credit towards the next season playing in our league.
Soccer Clinic Info:
Please pre-register for the FREE clinics! Link below, one for each player please. This will help us be better prepared, and satisfy contact tracing requirements from the city.

U8-U10 check-in at 9:30 am, clinic time 10 am to 12 pm.

Again, we appreciate your understanding. Together, we can make this pandemic a bit better for our kids.
- Please familiarize yourself with these guidelines https://calsouth.com/.../CSTF-RTP-CS-Phases-and...
Abiding by all guidelines will help keep everyone safe and ensure continued field use permits from our cities. So let's work together to keep our children out on the grass fields!
