Refund/Transfer Requests are from April 1, 2020 thru May 31, 2020
After the May 31, 2020 deadline, refunds or transfers will not be considered.
Spring 2020 Refund Request
NOTE: All refunds will be minus $5.00 for online fees that the league pay. All late sign-up players will be minus late fees and online fees for a total of $15.00. Late fees are non-refundable.
If you had paid $70.00 as a returning player, your refund amount will be $65.00.
If you had paid $80.00 as a new player for spring registration, your refund amount will be $75.00
If you registered late, your refund amount will be $75.00.
All refund requests will be submitted to the League Treasurers at the end of each week. Please allow 2-4 weeks to received your refunds.
All players requesting fees to be transferred to the fall season, we will credit your player account with minus the fees above.
All requests will be replied to in a timely matter once your player's applications have been canceled or transferred to the fall season.
If you request the transfer of a fee to our fall season, you will be notified to log into your account to pay the balance. You will have until the end of our registration period, however, fees will increase after the May 31st deadline.
Office hours are limited to 11-4 pm, Monday through Friday.
No refund requests or transfers will be processed by phone. You must fill out the form.
