Fall 2020 Player Registration Information 


We're so thrilled to announce that we can get our fall season rolling with practices! Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding. Here's a few updates for fall 2020 season:



- We're still taking online registrations. Last day to register is Oct. 11th, 2020. Please help us by sharing this with family and friends!


Fields Status

- Wildomar: Due to Covid closures, our fields in Wildomar are not accessible. All Wildomar division players will use Canyon Hills Community Park.

- Canyon Hills: Canyon Hills Community Park

- Lake Elsinore: Terra Cotta/Summer Lake Park and Alberhill Sports Park

- Horsethief Canyon: TBD (we're working on it)


Tentative schedule

- Practices will start the week of Oct, 19th, 2020

- Provisional game schedule: Nov. 7th, 2020 - Dec. 12th, 2020, Our gaming schedule is subject to our county and city's game play restrictions being lifted.

- Possible game days are Wednesday evenings, Friday evenings and Saturday mornings/afternoons

Important Dates to Remember: Subject to change due to COVID-19!

UPDATE! We are hoping to be able to start in October if the county allows. Gaming schedules and fields of use will also be modified.

  • The first week of practices will start the week of August 17-20, 2020.

  • Picture Day will be on August 29, 2020.

  • Game Schedule will be released not later than September 5, 2020. 

  • The First Game: September 12, 2020.  

  • The Last Day of Seasonal Games: November 14, 2020. 

  • All-Star Tryouts (U10 through U14s): November 16-19, 2020. 

Registration Start and Close Dates:

    Registration is open starting April 1, 2020

    Registration will be closed on July 5, 2020, at 11:59 pm 

    Player’s wishing to register after July 6, 2020,

    will be placed on the waitlist. 




We will not be hosting on the field sign-up this season.

Birth Certificate is required for all new player in our league.  Please submit via email to our Registrar at ElsinoreSoccerRegistrar@gmail.com

Registration Fees: 

 Early Bird: $130.00 per player, April 1st thru May 4, 2020. 

 Regular Registration Fee: $150.00 per player, May 5th thru June 5, 2020. 

Late Registration Fee: $170.00 per player, June 6th thru July 5, 2020, @11:59 pm.  

 $190.00 after registration has closed on July 5, 2020 

 The player's registering after the deadline will be waitlisted. 


Players born 2017-2016 (u5), 2015 (u6), 2014-2013 (u8), 2012-2011 (u10),  2010-2009 (u12), 2008-2007 (u14), 2006-2003 (u18).


Registration fees include (subject to change due to COVID-19!): 10 weeks of games (weather permitted), full uniform kit (jersey, shorts, and socks) Calsouth fees, field Fees, pictures and medals will be rewarded to all players and the end of the season. 


Uniform size update:

Size YXL (Youth Extra Large) & AXS are NO LONGER AVAILABLE, this size WILL BE REPLACED WITH an AS (Adult Small) size). Parents provide soccer cleats, shin guards and practice ball.


Uniform Sizing:

  • Youth X-Small (YXS) similar to 4-5

  • Youth Small (YS) similar to 5-6

  • Youth Medium (YM) similar to 7-8

  • Youth Large (YL) similar to 10-12

  • Adult Small (AS) similar to 14-16



Players who sign up between April 1, 2020, will have their payment processed. Failure to process the payment will cancel the application. Players who sign up after July 5, 2020,  after 11:59 pm, will be waitlisted. 

Payment for waitlisted players is not processed unless the player can be placed on a team, see "Wait Listed Player" rules listed below. 


Waitlisted Player Rules 

Players who sign up on or after 11:59 pm on July 6, 2020, will be waitlisted AND will only be assigned to a team should a spot become available. The league is unable to determine if a spot will become available for waitlisted players as that depends on various factors. The registration fee will not be collected unless the player a spot becomes available and rostered to a team. Only those players that are pulled from the waitlist will be notified. The Registrar will send you an email and text and will have a certain amount of time to complete the player(s) registration online ONLY. Once the allotted time has expired, the next player in order will be offered the spot.  Only complete applications will be considered, failure to complete and pay registration fees will be considered an incomplete application and will automatically be canceled by the system. Waitlisted players are not eligible to have a buddy or sibling request or be a or to be placed with a specific coach. 


Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered while registration is open, and refund requests made after registration is closed will not be considered. The deadline to request a full or partial refund is July 5, 2020. Refund requests received on or after July 5, 2020, will not be considered. Online convenience fees will be deducted from the refund. 


Sign up Convenience Fees, etc. 

The sign-up convenience fee is paid by the league to the third-party vendor is non-refundable. Incomplete applications will be canceled. No concessions will be made for not being able to register before the posted deadlines due to computer errors or internet failure, or for any other reason. Please register early to avoid difficulty in signing up. For log in problems contact Tech Support, the phone number listed on the login page. 


Uniform Policy 

The uniforms the league purchase are considered custom, and we are not able to return to the vendor.  Registration fees included 1 (one) full set uniform for your player.  If you choose the incorrect size and require another uniform, you will be responsible for the cost of the new uniform.  Uniform size update: Size YXL (Youth Extra Large) and AXS (Adult Extra Small) are NO LONGER AVAILABLE, these WILL BE REPLACED WITH an AS (Adult Small) size. In the spring players receive 1 game jersey, 1 black pair of shorts, and a pair of socks.


Player's Personal Gear

Parents provide soccer cleats, shin guards, and a practice ball. 

Practice balls needed per age group. 

Size #3 for U5-U8

Size #4 for U10-U12

Size #5 for U14s and Up. 


Player Eligibility 

To participate players must be born in 2017-2003. All new players to United Academy must upload or email to ElsinoreSoccerRegistrar@gmail.com  a legible full-size copy of their Certified Birth Certificate AT SIGN UP. Hospital issued certificates are not valid and will not be accepted. Failing to provide a copy of the player certified birth certificate invalidates the application. Failing to provide payment information invalidates the application. Incomplete applications ARE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED. 


Available Divisions & Season Disclosures 

Players born 2017-2016 (u5), 2015 (u6), 2014-2013 (u8), 2012-2011 (u10),  2010-2009 (u12), 2008-2007 (u14), 2006-2003 (u18).

The league will play 10 games from September 13 through November 15, 2020. 

 Every effort will be made to reschedule league canceled games.


TEAMS U5, U6, and U18 will be Coed. TEAMS U8, U10, U12, U14 will be gender split. However, this will depend on the number of players in each age group.  

The league does not guarantee the day, time or location of practices or games for players.
Teams U8 and above teams may inter-league and travel for games to surrounding communities. Teams may play weekday games.

Once assigned to teams, players are frozen on their team and cannot be moved for any reason, a request to move the player will not be accepted.


Buddy Request 

To keep teams balanced, 1 buddy request per player is available to players in division u5 and u6 (born in 2017-2015) only. The request must be made by the mutual consent of both children’s parents. Said request must be emailed by both player parents to ElsinoreSoccerRegistrar@gmail.com or the request will not be honored. On the subject line of email enter REQUEST, in the body write the player name followed by the requested buddies names.   


Sibling Request 

Siblings may play together at the discretion of the league. Said request must be emailed to at the time of registration. On the subject line of email enter SIBLING REQUEST, in the body write the player name followed by the requested. Documentation in the form of birth certificates, legal adoption/marriage certs/documents, etc., may be required. A maximum of 2 sibling requests per family/team will be accepted. No other requests will be honored. Please note that United Academy will make every effort to honor sibling, and player's request, but due to various factors, players may not be paired up as requested.
